Pramod has spent more than a decade in companies like Dr. Reddy’s, Watson (Now Teva), and Glenmark where he gained expertise predominantly in the topical and solid oral dosage form spanning across delayed release, extended release, orally disintegrating and chewable tablets and capsules for US, Europe and ROW markets.

Holding a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Dr Lagu has a established strong credentials in his 24+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in analytical R&D, QC and QA. Dr. Santosh Lagu has been worked with leading pharmaceutical companies in India like, Unichem, FDC, Sandoz, GSK.

He is specialized in analytical development, polymorphic evaluation of API's & finished dosage forms, reverse engineering of Innovator products, GMP Audit, Quality management system, Plant designing and commissioning, Nitroso amine impurity testing. He has expertise in method development, validation and transfer of methods for oral solids, liquids (solutions and suspension) and semi -solid dosage forms.

Dr.Devendra Ridhurkar, PhD

Dr. Ridhurkar is a CEO of RidNova Pharmaceuticals and a Biopharmaceutical Subject Matter Expert based in Barcelona, Spain. He boasts over 19 years of invaluable scientific leadership and management expertise in the complex formulation development and manufacturing of small and biological compounds. Renowned for his proficiency in steering projects encompassing Biosimilar, Protein and Peptides, Proprietary and Generic drugs, including 505b2, Hybrid, Complex, Specialty, and Branded formulations, he has significantly impacted Pharma-Biotech companies worldwide.

With a stellar academic background, Dr Ridhurkar earned his M. Pharm and PhD in Pharmaceutics from the prestigious IIT, Varanasi, India. He has authored over ten peer-reviewed papers in esteemed journals and holds nine patents, showcasing his innovative prowess.

Beyond his expertise in pharmaceutics, he serves on the program advisory committee for prestigious events such as the Pharma Connect Congress in Hungary,R&Y, and the Why Summit in Germany.
